Customer Support Portal

Xpect customers are given secure access to our online Support Portal. They can log in from any web browser to submit feature requests or report software defects. The portal is also beneficial in providing full issue tracking visibility and a complete audit trail of correspondence.

Our support system is configured to automatically email customers when a change is made. Customers can also monitor the progress of reported items as we attend to them.

Software Maintenance

Xpect customers receive a complimentary software maintenance and support package in the first year.

Afterward, ongoing software maintenance can be purchased which includes automatic version updates. We roll-out a number of upgrades to our software each year, incorporating customer-requested functionality and module improvements.
